Which state has the best appreciation of houses in the area? I've been lookin at Ft. Collins CO, is anyone from there and can tell me about it?:cool:

Well, I think Ft Collins was just listed recently as one of the best places to live, by one company or another. Ahh...Money magazine, 2006. I was thinking of Durango, it was recently listed as a great place to retire.

I know a couple of guys who live there, they love it. And they had lived in MD, CA, TX, FL before. Course 1 of 'em grew up in Durango, so that may have influenced him.
