My TV has is hooked up to HDTV recordable cable box. All of a sudden my screen went half white and half gray/black with horizontal colored lines. I tried the DVD input and got the same thing. I get Audio not no video.

Any suggestions? Is it worth fixing...it is a 32" LCD TV and 2+yrs old

First thing to do is disconnect the cable box and hook up the cable straight to the tv in order to see if its the cable box or the tv that has the problem.
Post make and model of tv for me to help you better.
