Hi I used a bag of TEC tinset on plywood yesterday for my outdoor deck and it's still not cured? I used their primer with water as the store advised me but am wondering when will this dry? Thank you very much for time

What are you adhering to this deck, tile? Tiling directly onto plywood is not recommended.
What type of thinset are we talking about here?
Curing depends on outdoor humidity, temperature, etc.
