UNPLUG MACHINE FIRST Use your ohm and continuity meter, Look under bulkhead part # 6 is thermo fuse. Should have continuity. under burner assy #4 says it's igintor but I think that is the flame sensor. Anyway both igintor and flame sensor should have contiunity. 2 gas coils have a ohm reading if you look undr your consul there is a wiring diagram there that will have readings for coils. If 1 coil bad replace them both, Will save you headaches later. I would start at thermo fuse as that is the firdt thing at usually goes out. If fuse bad make sure the vent to outside is clean. Air comming out of back of dyer is the samr as outside.

Thank you pugsl! You are right on the money!
I tested the thermo fuse and it had no ohm reading. Installed the replacement part from Sear and it works like a charm.
Part cost $13.
It takes 30 minutes to get the part 30 minutes to install it.
Thanks agian for such a good advised.
For sure, will bookmark this site as my future DIY projects references.

Did you remember to check the vent? If resisted or blocked you will have same problem again.
