I looked for year and just finally found purchased a pedestal base for my cherry diningroom table. The style and wood matches so closely it would be a shame to return them, however I need some advice to attach the pedestals to the subtop under the table.
The predrilled holes on the subtop are 8 and 10 inches apart, in a rectangular shape - whereas the same predrilled, threaded holes on the pedestals are 3 inches apart in a square pattern.
On the web, it only shows how to construct a table from scratch... I was hoping to not have to remove the subtops.
ANY thoughts would be much appreciated!
