I have a companion generator w/ 10 hp tecumseh .After I start it and let run for a while as soon as I put a load oh either the 120 or 240 20 amp receptacle the breakers trip .If I over throttle I put a drop cord light and the light gets dim until I rev the motor.Does this sound like a circuit breaker or capacitor problem...thanks:

Have you checked voltage? Is the engine running at too low rpm?
