:( Bad situation: both spiral springs seemed to have popped out of the double hung window. I call it spiral because they spin when window goes up and down. Now the window just fall down when you unlock it. (top hung spirals broken)


Please help!!

Unsure if your spiral balances are broken, but they don't usually just pop out for no reason. This recent older post will probably have the information you need:
