The fan (Squirrel cage) spins freely on the pully shaft. How do I repair this?

Hi, there should be two bolts one on each side of the blower. check to make sure they are tight,also check to make sure the blower is not rubbing no where. do a check to make sure your nuts and bolts are tight every3 mo.

The fan (Squirrel cage) spins freely on the pully shaft. How do I repair this?
There should be two sleeves with set screws or "set bolts" that secure the axle (shaft) to the squirrel cage. These screws (or bolts) must have loosened up.
