We're looking at installing most likely tongue-and-groove, nail-down bamboo in the bedrooms, and cork in a larger living area. Looking into cork, we found Duro-Design both online and in some local showrooms, and in looking at the Duro-Design website, I see they also have bamboo and eucalyptus flooring.
I ordered some samples of each (free of charge), and they came today; I actually like the eucalyptus the best, but their bamboo looks pretty nice as well. A bit pricier than I'd wanted if we go straight from them (in the neighborhood of $8-9/sf) as we'd expected to spend more in the $6-8/sq range.
So... any experiences or thoughts? I haven't put the samples through their paces yet, but some basic abuse testing seems to be going well so far (dropping various things on them from table-high, scratching at them, etc.)
