Hello,
Is it ok to apply your POLYURETHANE CAULKING SYSTEM if the concrete is wet?

After you apply it, does it need to be fully cured before it can get wet again?

I have a house that is stucco over concrete block and it has a couple of cracks where rain is coming in.

I don't remember if it has to be dry before it's applied - it should say on the label. It won't hurt it to get wet after it's applied and started to cure .... except maybe if it gets hit with a gully washer.

When it comes time to repaint, consider using an elastromeric paint. It will take more paint but it does a good job of waterproofing masonary and hiding minor cracks.

Thanks! Do they sell that kind of paint at Home Depot or Lowe's? Or is that more of a specialty item?

They might but you will always find a better quality coating at a real paint store. Big box paint depts mainly stock coatings based on price. Higher priced quality coatings are actually cheaper when you figure in the longer life and they often apply easier too :D
