So I've read about my lawn mower surging and it says to clean the jets or hoses. So how do I do this? Is there a manual or online diagram out there? I have a toro 6.5 push mower with drive.
Thank you for any help.

Clapm the fuel line, or do this while the tank is empty: Remove the bolt that holds the carburetor bowl on. Drop the bowl and clean it out. Get a set of torch tip cleaners and clean the holes in the bolt. There are 4. 2 oppose each other near the head of the bolt. One goes down the center. The other is tiny, and in an unthreaded section near the end of the bolt.
