It has the 25cc motor and it idles a little rough and when you give it gas it stammers and runs, but it doesn't have a lot of power and at wide open it acts like it is being choked.
I pulled the carb off and blew air and brake cleaner through everything but didn't help. I cleaned the plug also.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I had a similar problem with mine. I found the low and high speed air screws were not adjusted properly. I spent a little time adjusting on them and finally got it going good.
Side note...don't use the cheap grade gas!!! It is a big problem with small motors!! Go with the good stuff.

Cheap Gas, Whats That??????? Or more importantly.... Where Can I get some??
Check for loose cylinder mounting screws, and or crankcase cover screws. Make sure the carburetor insulator is tight as well, a small air leak can cause problems similar to what you describe.

I bought it brand new about 7 years ago so any adjustments were made by me (which are none). But, where are the low and high speed air screws? I think I need to really dissassemble everything to check for dirt and leaks.

You got 7 years out of it. WOW! You have got the good out of that one.
Anyway,,The screws should be on the carb itself. There should be two side by side.
