I have some water damage on my Pine hardwood floors. Im just wondering if this can be repaired or do i have to replace them? Will a sander work?

Depends what warped really means.
How do you know all the moisture has left the wood??
Sanding a cupped board that has not come back to equalibrium, will result in a crowned board when it does comeback to equalibrium.
