Just joined. Hope you can help. I've had the Safewatch Pro 2000 keypad for 8 years now. All of a sudden it says NO AC, but we haven't lost power. The next day it's completely dead. I've checked the outlet it works fine. I'd like to buy a new power supply plugin. Where is a good place to do that?

Pretty much any source you trust. You want a 16vac 40VA wall transformer. Use that phrase in your search term.

Quick follow up question: I think I bought the wrong transformer
my old transformer has the following:
120V 60HZ 0.30A 16.5VAC 25VA
my new transformer says the following:
120V 60HZ 0.48A 16.5VAC 40VA
My keypad worked for about 1/2 hour then shut off again. Is it because the transformer aren't exactly the same. Appreciate any help.

The larger power supply is well in the specs for the panel, that's not the issue. You have something else wrong. Hopefully you got one of the transformers with the thermal overload rather than the 1-shot fuse. If so it will reset if disconnected from the system and allowed to cool.
Either you have a bad component like a motion detector or 4 wire smoke that is drawing excess current, or the power supply in the panel is failing. If you can get the power supply back on, disconnect everything that draws from aux power except for the keypads, and try it again. You may need to reconnect one device at a time until your bad device shows itself.
