So I've got this seasonal pond on a corner of my property. It is the runoff water from winter, which evaporates by June or so.

I want to turn it into a permanent water feature.

How can I go about doing this?

Could I have a well digger come out and tap into a spring?

Could I line the pond surface with something?

I'd appreciate any input.

Thanks

A liner will prevent seepage into the ground. Loss from evaporation will need to be replenished by rainwater or some other source if you have extended dry weather in your area.
