I have a deck with pressure treated 4x4 sitting on top of 12' concrete footings of which some are off centered. I would like to enclose these with flagstone type rocks about 1/2 way up then put a facade over the existing 4x4 and overhead runner. can anyone direct me to some reading or site that would have a pictoria guide?
