I just had a house built and it isn't quite a year old yet. My lot slopes to the rear so the front of the house has little foundation exposed but the sides and rear has upwards of 4 or 5 feet exposed. The foundation was parged as expected but from typical settlement I am noticing hairline cracks in the parging. I was wondering if I could use the rubberized roof seal that they use on residential trailers like cool kote which is white and if it would cover the cracks while water proofing the exposed section of the foundation or will I make things worse by doing it. Any advice is appreciated.

That might work but a better product to use would be an elastromeric paint. You would first prime the stucco and then apply a liberal coat of elastromeric paint. It can be tinted to most any color you desire.
