I have a front load washer about 9 yrs old, and it seems like the drum has come loose from whatever it's connected to as it clunks very loud when I run it like it's fallen off. I don't know if a barring has broke or what, is this an easy fix i could do myself? Where should I start? Help! My laundry is piling up!

Not a easy fix takes us 2 men 3 hours to do this job. Rear tub and basket need to be replaced. No model # so can't give price of parts but usually around 300+ basket is under a life time warranty. Rear shell and labor is not.
