Hello. I'm hoping you can help. We just had a gypspan gypcrete floor installed and it's been about 10 days. As it dries this powdery weird snowy white substance is forming all over the top of it. From what I've read it appears to be that the installer used too much water. We have contacted them but I'd like to know how best they should fix this and what the long-term effects of this may be on our floor. We are planning on putting a membrane down over it (the one gypspan sells) and then tile/slate in the bathroom and floating engineered wood over the rest of the house. THANKS! Heather :wall:
