I recently had a garage floor poured and the crew spilled/smeared concrete on the apron (the apron is 25 years old). How can I clean the new concrete off the apron? How long do I have to be able to remove the spilled concrete?

Yes, they should, but they caused me so much grief, I don't want to ever see them again.
