Tearing out the lath and plaster throughout my house. Only problem is this isn't the typical lath boards I am used to finding, more like a tongue and groove board with groove cut into the face to hold the plaster. Doesn't have the gaps from piece to piece as I am used to. Seems to be very slow going and alot of mess.
Was hoping someone had a better way of removing this type that is easier than what I am doing.
Thanks!

I would make cuts with a circle saw between the studs. I do the same thing when I remove decking.

Out of curiousity. If it is coming off hard, why are you removing it throughout? And you are removing that nice solid wood also? Why?
How old a house is this about?
On exterior walls, what kind of insulation you finding behind that wood?
Are you running new wiring everywhere, or what?
