This was the closest forum I could find toward this topic.

I am trying to help folks w/ am alarm system (fire). It is an Ademco Vista-10SE and the keypad keeps blinking FC. It also displays a concern with the battery. The trouble is that the keypad doesn't seem to come off the wall and I don't where else I would replace a battery. Does anyone know of a site I can get more information on this problem? Or does anyone know how to help? I have search many different sites and manuals but have found nothing as a result.

ok the battery in the panel needs to replaced not in the keypad look for the panel box and the fc means that the panel is trying to call a central station and not connecting. It's either lacking a phone line/dialtone, trying to call a number that no longer works
