I have a First Alert Professional Security System FA110C.
When I enter my master code or installer codes, it does nothing. The system says its ready and beeps when I push the buttons but does nothing. It's like it does not recognize the codes. I powered down the system and powered it back up pressing the *# together and again nothing. The system just will not arm. I installed another keypad and again I'm having the same problem. I tested the power in the control panel and everything seems to be working there. There are no error codes on the keypad. Everything looks ready and good.
I really hope that someone can help me out with this.

Are you entering the stay or away button after entering the code?
