Getting ready to put in laminate wood flooring and after removal of the carpet we have found a crack in the concrete. I have been all over the internet for specific instructions in this case and have not really found any helpful guidelines.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Yes one side is higher maybe up to 1/8". The two adjoining sides of the crack form a peak.

i am not a pro at all. but i have a crack in my slab. i was told that if its perfectly even, it was ok, as mine was. otherwise do not install wood. BUT, i may be error on this. search this forum for the work "crack" and that should bring up the advice you seek.

grind the high side then float it out to the floor manufacturer's spec for flatness
