Hi, my PC1550 has a dead battery so I replaced it. Since then the alarm went off constantly.
I did a EEPROM reset and the master code 1234 no longer worked. Any suggestion will be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you defaulted the system, the default master code _is_ 1234. The default _installer_ code is 1500.

If the system was going into alarm constantly, the problem was most likely external to the CPU.

I also have a DSC PC1550 and do not have the operating manual. My system is giving two beeps consistantly. Is the manual on line anyplace where I can download?
