Electronic Alarms and Home Security Devices - Safewatch Plus Entreprenuer

Thanks to the help from this forum (mrRonfl) & others I was able to install my new vista 20p. My vista replaced an old (1992)but working "safewatch plus entreprenuer". I would like to use "safewatch" in another location but don't have & can't locate the install/program manual. Is it the same as the "moose z900" which I do have a copy? If not can anyone tell where I can get one? Also, the keypad I have is the "z900st". Can I do installer level programming with this keypad? many thanks

Yes, it's a modified moose Z900. Depending on which version you have, some were more modified than others. Some of the more extreme modifications make it impossible to disable or change the dialer settings. ADT was still being _very_ proprietary when they were selling this model.

It can be programmed from the standard keypad.

My control panel is A910-ST RV. C. When this thing was working there were 6 zones. I didn't touch the existing program :wall: I just rewired it for 4 zn's nc elo. Using the z900 install/program guide I can't read the zone info...my display reads "6 zones open" and I can't clear it. :wall:

Eliminate the obvious. Install just the 2.2k ohm resistors on your zone inputs. If they close, then your field wiring has something wrong, if not, then there is something else going on.
