Several plumbing problems to fix:
1. There is a leak around the garbage disposal. How do I fix it?

2. when I use my kitchen faucet, it leaks around the handle where the water is turned on. How do I fix this as well?

3. There is brown water leaking from caulking around toilet in master bath. How should I fix this?

thanks,
Sherri

1. Impossible to say unless we know where it's leaking from. If it is from where the disposal meets the sink then it COULD need a little putty under the strainer or be tightened back to the strainer. If it comes from the drain on the side of the disposal, MAY need a new washer. If the water is leaking anywhere out of the bottom you need a new disposal, of course all of the above could still mean you need a new disposal, they like to rot out.

2. What kind of faucet?

3. Brown water? Either the wax ring is bad or the sewer line is stopped up, brown water isn't normally good or healthy. You may consider calling a plumber to fix it. Even though some of us are expensive, they can trouble shoot a lot easier than we can online.

The answers from hedghogsforprez are all good.

The best way to find the problem with the disposal is grab a flashlight and a rag, crawl under the sink, wipe everything completely dry, the run the water or do whatever it takes to create the leak. Look with the flashlight for the highest point that you see water leaking. Water cannot leak uphill unless under pressure.

If you cannot find the model of the faucet, could you possibly take a picture and upload it to a site like photobucket.com and then post the link here.

Does the toilet flush OK? if not, I would think a plugged drain. If it is working fine, I would suggest replacing the wax seal.
