Hi, Just moved in to new house. Upstairs kids shower doesn't supply water. Sinks work fine. Shower worked during home inspection. As far as I can tell all supply lines are turned on. Can't find turn off/on for shower though. Can something internal to shower assy be causing the problem? If so, how do you fix or trouble shoot? Thanks- Waterless Wonder:wall:

i hate it when that happens! man, ok. let me think.
the disc cartridge is stoped up. maybe,
turn off the water to the house.
take handle off the tub valve
take it apart, and replace the cartrridge.
or is this a tub and shower?
or just a shower?
if just a shower is the shower head stoped up.
you need to take the valve apart and then when its apart.
turn on the water, for a SECOND and blow the lines out.
look at your valve see what kind it is and get back
you got a camara, post a picture. :D

Is this a shower/tub or just a shower?

Starting with the easiest.....remove shower head and see if you get water out of pipe.

There are no shut off valves for the shower only, have to shut off house supply to stop water flow.

Single handle or dual handle controls?

Need more detailed information, we can't see the shower.
