I need to have a new capacitor replaced on a new Payne unit that was installed three years ago. What is a fair price to pay a repairman?

Also any thoughts on why it would go 3 years into it? Are Payne’s reliable?

Lastly, I'm considering moving the outside unit from the side to the back and should reach without adding any copper lines or wire inside. The basement is fully accessable What should I expect to pay to relocate it?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Eric

Relocation, can't sy have to see it. But time is like a new install, reclaim, braze, pressure test, evacuate, recharge, etc,.

Cap about $60 from res company I'd guess. Plus 300 for the 5 minutes work, plus truck, travel, billing, charge.
