We just pulled off all the cabinets and are left behind with a very messy/uneven wall. How do we get the textures to match up? Or is that even possible? I'm guessing we have to sand down the current wall and then start over with a new spackle or texture? Then prime and paint? Help!! :wall: Thanks!

Welcome to the forums Karen!
A lot depends on what the end product will look like, Will you be installing new cabinets? will they cover the affected areas?
Scrape down any ridges and then skim those areas with joint compound to hide the transision, sand when dry. texture will need to be applied to make it all blend in. What type of texture do you have?
