I have a 90 johnson that seems to run great full throttle but then sometimes it seems at full throttle it runs/feels bogged down.
Any ideas.

I would Install new spark plugs this probubly won't fix it but sets a good base line for other tests. Then I drain the fuel from the float bowls on the carbs if you can drain them into a clear jar. It sounds like water in them and you can see it in a clear jar it will be seperated on the bottom. If water is found drain your fuel tank and install a water seperating filter between the tank and motor.
