Ok my toilet is leaking and have already replaced the seating washer, yet it still continues to leaking.
At times when i flush their is no water leaking but other times it will leak and i found myself having to take off the lid and carefully repositioning it the seating valve, which then stops the leak.
please help!
This the type of flusher:

Are you saying that water is leaking from the tank to the floor? Does it only happen when you flush?

i think your are talking about the ball **** rubber gasket
in the tank, or the flapper. if its the ball **** rubber washer at the bottom of the tank. take the assembly out. turn off water. unhook water supply, loosen big nut under the tank pull out ball ****. and look in the tank at the porcelain, top and bottom. make sure no chips or cracks. replace the ball ****[might as well replace the whole thing, your here]
if its the flapper, replace it
