We have several of the old style square recessed lights throughout our house, don't really want to replace all of them at this point but wouldn't mind putting on a new trim kit.
Currently they have a not so great looking thick glass that kind of drops down out of the trim.
I suppose we could just paint up the current trim and buy new glass(6 1/2 x 6 1/2 glass). Was curious if anyone knew of a supplier for the entire trim for these lights?
Thanks

I am not aware of any, but most people are choosing the round style so I really have not kept up with the square ones.
Progress lighting has 2 square recessed trims in their catalog, however they are 9 1/2 and 11 1/2 square.
Perhaps you could just out one room at a time? Most new recessed will require 90 degree C rated wire. If your house is pre 1984 you will have the 60 degree rated wire or less.
