This is not a new install. The keypad worked fine until I wint to assign the keypad to slot 8. *8 master 000 0 08 I think that was the code. ever since keypad lights up bress a button the keypad brightens but does not click or arm or anything else. I have defaulted the panel but no luck yet. Did I fry the keypad? or is there a better reset to do ?

No, you set it as a "Global" keypad. The correct address should have been 18.

Press and hold 1 until the keypad "wakes up" then go back into programming and set the address correctly.

That did it now I can get back to figuring out why the rf zones won't config as delayed entry zones.

thanks

You simply set the zone type to an entry exit zone type (don't mess with the 101 to 132 settings other than to turn on the wireless zone setting).
