Hi everyone. I am putting together a GE Concord 4 system and would like to have several keypads distributed at appropriate locations. My primary keypad is the SB2000 2X16 LCD Alpha TP (60-746-01) which came with the system. The question is, are the GE Caddx NX LED type keypads compatible with Concord 4, recognizing their programing and zone display limitatins of course? I only need them for arming/disarming the system where programmability is not required. Was looking in this direction since some used ones are appearing on net at reduced prices. TIA

You need to use the Concord keypads. The ATP1000 is my favorite alpha, and the FTP1000 is my perferred fixed english keypad.

GE carries several product lines under the Concord brand name - Concord 4, Concord Express, Concord Ultra, etc. Are all touchpads associated with the Concord product label compatible with each other? For example, my Concord 4 documentation refers to the ‘Superbus 2000’ series touchpads (60-820, 60-746, etc.), yet I noticed the Concord Express system has similar keypad descriptions, but maybe not the ‘Superbus 2000’ designation. Should I be pricing the specifically-designated Superbus 2000 touchpads only, assume all Concord brand touchpads are compatible, or some mix and match in between? Any insight or guidance here would be appreciated.

You can mix and match at will...Whatever works on Concord Express will work on any Concord, and vice versa.

Thanks GEGUY, makes perfect sense. Looking at the other end, can I assume the same compatibility applies to Concord's wireless sensors as well? For example, can one assume that 314.9 Mhz SAW/Crystal compliant sensors are equally compatible across all Concord lines?
Also, how does ITI fit into the scheme of things? Is ITI just another trademark used by GE, or does it represent a specific compatibility that I need to note/avoid while shopping for parts?
I really like the GE Concord 4 system and have elected to place it in rental houses as opposed to DSC which I have been evaluating as well. Although I started out deploying the NX4 - when purchased at the right price Concord 4 is nice to deal with - even though it is a bit overkill for my purposes ;) Just need to find inexpensive sources for the parts, especially on the wireless sensor side.

ITI was absorbed by GE a few years back. That's why some of the older ITI hardware is still compatible with the Concord and Simon lines.
