I removed the wallpaper from our bathroom walls and primed the walls. However, in several spots the drywall has rippled. What should I do?

If the ripples aren't too bad, you may be able to use some joint compound. Make it wide enough so you can feather it.

If not, cut out the bad spots and replace the sheetrock.

Occasionally the paper will lay back down but more than likely you will need to cut out the loose paper, coat the area with a solvent based primer, apply a little joint compound [or spackling if the area isn't too big] sand and prime.
