I have a roof that is approximately 250 square feet that is going to be realtively flat. There will be about a 6" slope running over 12' (width) for approximately 21'(length). What would be the best way to seal this that would last and not leak?
Any assistance would be appreciated. The decking is going to be on 2X8 spaced 12" on center with 3/4" OSB.

EPDM or SBS Modified Bitumin would be my choices, in that order. If you're doing it yourself, go to a roofing supply house and get an installer's/forman's manual and read it for about 3 weeks first.

Insulation board fastened to the plywood then one piece of epdm adhered to the insulation turned over all the edges and terminated with metal edging and 5" quick seam.

i agree 100%...i think that epdm (http://www.epdmcoatings.com/) would be the best solution. For the installation details, i hope the following page helps you.
