Hi, what size of hole saw needed to cut the corner of retangular undermount sink hole? I tried 4" concave (cupped) blade and can't cut the corner for retangular sink. Thanks!

Never used a hole saw for the corners, typically you will use a diamond grinding drum.

And what do you mean it won't cut? Are you using lots of water?

I usually tell people to leave the granite work to the pro's...

From this and your other post, I would suggest that you are about to ruin an expensive piece of granite. Best leave this to those with the proper tools and knowledge. Once cut, the cut has to be finished/polished.

Thanks! I am a contractor and try to get into granite installation business. I can cut straight line, bevel cut, oval sink hole, polish it, drill holes for faucet, and retangular topmount sink hole. I am practicing to cut retangular undermount sink hole so that corner rounded can be polished. I am also learning outlet hole cutting. I have lots of scrape granites that I can practice. I just need to know how the pros cut retangular undermount corner so the corner won't too sharp to be polished. Any advise? Thanks!

Templates are the usual thing to use, or NC milling machines.
