After a flush the bowl flushes and the tank fills up fine but not enough water flows back into the bowl. I loosened the screw on top of the valve assembly to adjust the amount of water coming into the tank but that only resulted in a running toilet so I tightened it back down. Adjusting the float didn't help either. I would appreciate any suggestions anyone may have. Thanks.
