I had a service tech tell me that my System Dialer is not working on my alarm system. I have an Ademco Vista 10 with a 6128 Keypad. I also cannot set the alsrm system using my Master Code. All of the other codes work just fine. This happened once before and the tech reprogrammed the unit and reentered my Master Code. This time the are telling me that i need an entire new system.

Can anyone tell me how to replace the System Dialer and also how to reprogram theunit so I can reenter my Master Code?

The dialer is part of the system motherboard. If it has failed, then all you can do is replace the motherboard.
