I recently purchased a new slide-in oven but can't find anyone to install it for me. The store where I bought it will not do it. I'm not very mechanically inclined but would this be something I can do myself or would it be better if I found a plumber to do the job?

Welcome to the forums! Of course you can do it. Fill us in on more information. What size stove is it (width). What size opening do you want to put it in. Is there electrical service to that point already (I am assuming electric), or gas if it is gas? You can get most of this information, such as required rough openings from the installation sheet provided with the oven. You may have to make modifications to the rails and stiles, but lets have those measurements first and see what we can do.
