Does the propeller need to be "torqued" when putting back on?
If so how much?
It's a volvo penta dual prop outdrive.

The prop nut doesn't need to be torqued but should be tightened to about 50 foot pounds. I generally get it tight by puting a block ov wood between the cavitation plate and prop, get it tight and then go tighter if cotter pin doesn't line up. As long as it's close it will be ok. make sure to grease the splines and recheck the nut after a couple hours of operation.
