If only it were that simple. Displacement is only one factor that affects the amount of power an engine produces. Your engine can make different amounts of power depending on; fuel, carburation, rpm, ignition timing, cam profile, valve size, exhaust design, smoothness of the intake and exhaust passages, weather...
