So I finally got all my pipework laid and then got it all hooked up to the faucet with a automated valve and backflow preventor. This worked great but then we noticed that on some of the microlines the drip button thing was forced off the line and the result was water shooting out at of the microline. The guy at home depot suggested a pressure reducer which we tried and since fitting we have not seen any of the drip things on the end pop off which is great. The only issue is that the hose it is connected to and the driplines themselves all shudder and inside the house it sounds like a mini water hammer type deal (I know what the larger than life one sounds like after some issues with my sprinkler system). I have tried replacing the pressure reducer but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Chris

p.s. my setup is the I have the automated valve then the backflow preventor and then the pressure reducing valve which connects to the hose.
