I have an AO Smith FPSH 50 water heater that is slow to recover. The unit cycles normally but runs for a longer than normal time. I checked the control valve an it is showing the normal light pattern. When lit, the flame from the burner looks like a blue cloud instead of what I expected - a circular pattern of individual flames like what I see on my stove. Is the cloud pattern my problem and do I need a new burner assembly?

Thanks
