I read many times to freeze your paint brush when you are not finished painting. I forgot to put it in the freezer at night after painting, but put it in the freezer the next morning. I just took it out and I am not an expert but it feels stiff. I ran it under warm water which didn't do much good. Should I soak it overnight. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
Karen

Did the brush set in paint? or in open air?
Soaking it might help, it really depends on how dry the paint got. There are brush cleaning solutions/solvent that may work for cleaning up the dried paint. How much did you pay for the brush?
You should never put a brush or roller with latex paint in the freezer, oil is ok but not latex. It is ok to set a latex brush in the refridgerator - you don't want any latex paint to freeze. They should always be wrapped in plastic before storing.

I wrap my brushes in those plastic bags that you get from the grocery store.
