I had been looking on line for forums on what is the best way to distress black cabinets. I had found numerous ideas on removing some of the paint while it is wet, and also sanding the edges with sandpaper. Well, after trying both suggestions and neither "easy" I went and purchased a rotary tool at walmart for 16.00 got home and it worked AWESOME. This took less than 5 min. on each cabinet to get the look I was wanting. :D

Worked for years without a rotary tool in my shop - got one and wondered how I ever got along without it.
