I just purchased a Toshiba 48 projection tv at an auction. (TP48E60). I got it home and hooked up and after about 15 minutes it quit working. The power light on the front was blinking off and on. I unplugged it and waited about 5 minutes and when I plugged it back in it worked again. This time for about 5 minutes then no picture and blinking light again. Any help would be great.

You will have to excuse the message you got before...I deleted it.

With a set this old it would not be uncommon for some solder joints to be damaged or a board to be defective.

Read my FAQ (http://forum.doityourself.com/showthread.php?t=309110) and then remove the back panel of the set.

Have a can or two of compressed air to get rid of all that dust and then inspect the circuit boards for any burnt solder joints or capacitors.

It's difficult to diagnose a TV over the internet, so I usually recommend having a tech to come out and take a look, but the repair will cost more then what you probably got the TV for.
