I have small table with a gloss poly finish. It has acquired some small scratches and scrape marks. They dont go thru the finish, apprear more as a depression in the finish. Any good ideas on how to repair?

thanks

Polyurethane is not a very forgiving product when it comes to nicks and scratches. About all you can do is give the piece a light sanding with 220 grit sandpaper, and apply another coat of polyurethane. This will probably never make the scratch completely disappear. The only way to do that is to strip the finish and start over.
