Model is incorrect. 38TKB0**310 missing numbers there.

But being a 1993 unit I may not get full spec at carrier site.

Take your old one to a supply house and match it. HP, volts, RPM (very important), amps (important). Might find a reversible universal, 50/50 shot on rotation.

Did you hear the comp. running without the fan? Happen to feel what the lines were like temp wise? As you might know, running the comp. sans fan would not be a good idea.

You started out looking for a fan motor. Here are the part numbers for what I would change here if the motor were really failed.

26 P291-4553RS CAPACITOR-DUAL
40 HC33GE233 MOTOR-FAN
41 LA01RA015 BLADE-FAN

Is the compressor coming on? And not the fan?

If you kill power inside and out, wait 5 minutes and turn system on (with a person outside at outdoor unit) the compressor will be heard running without the fan. If nothing runs, time for service call.

Bill of materials shows compressor time delay, which could be bad keeping everything off.

BOM also shows Motor Master which controls outdoor fan, which could also be bed.

Service Call.
